 Transformations fundthis one for HE institutions  [two opportunities and two deadlines:  22nd Feb and 16th April] but a separate opportunity for the
FE and Skills sector is on its way – anticipated to be released on 17th Feb, 2012

*HE Academy funding

In particular have a look (scroll down the page) at the Collaborative Grants Scheme with its themes of internationalisation or employability – call is open on 27th Feb, submission deadline April 22nd, 2012.  Max of £60,000 per project. Project duration will be 18 months.
Collaboration may be cross institution and/or interdisciplinary. The project lead must be a Fellow of the Academy

 *11 fully funded PhD studentships – Cardiff School of Social Sciences – to start September, 2012.  Deadline for application 16th March, 2012.  More details

*£20 million of interest free loans available for energy efficiency projects across the public sector covering schools, hospitals, local authorities, further and higher education organisations.  Application deadline: 31st March.  Details
